Why Is It Spelled "Millenial"?

millenial instead of millennial; why is that?

Being able to make use of language in the way you see appropriate is empowering. Our communication through language has the ability to make barriers or break them. By us taking ownership of our words or creating new words, it's like a mini, silent reminder that we can take ownership of anything in our life, including things as silly as grammar errors. So I choose mini empowerments. And, like a true millennial, I will also choose what I want for my life. Even the goddamned letters.
